Cancellation Policy

POLICY Thank you for choosing to work with me and supporting my small, woman-owned business. Every session I offer is tailored with care, time, and attention to meet your needs. To ensure that I can continue providing this level of service, I’ve put these policies in place: CANCELLATION POLICY If you need to cancel a session, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Unfortunately, I cannot offer refunds for cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice. This policy helps me manage my schedule and commit my time fairly to all clients. That said, I understand that unexpected things can come up. For extreme circumstances like illness, safety concerns, documented film bookings, or in-person auditions, I may issue a credit on a case-by-case basis. MISSED SESSIONS Because all sessions are recorded, I’m unable to offer refunds or make-up classes for sessions you miss. You’ll still have access to the recordings, so you can review the material and benefit from the session even if you aren’t able to attend live. PARTICIPATION AND PAYMENT RESPONSIBILITY By registering for and participating in this course, you are committing to fully pay for the services provided. You will be held responsible for any unpaid balances. This policy is in place to ensure fairness and accountability for the time and effort I dedicate to each client.
